Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use TEMPO. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tempo.everture.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.

TEMPO provides AI-assisted task scheduling, energy-curve modelling, and calendar management tools. The Service is provided "as is". We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.

The AI schedule TEMPO produces is a recommendation, not a directive. You retain full control over your calendar and working patterns; we are not liable for decisions you make based on TEMPO's output.

Free accounts are available subject to usage limits. Paid plans (Pro, Power) are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor Polar. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at period end — you retain access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Resell, sublicense, or offer access to your account to third parties without our written consent.

The TEMPO software, brand, and design are owned by Everture. Your task data, schedules, and preferences remain yours — we do not claim ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your data as necessary to operate the Service.

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise TEMPO to read your free/busy data and, optionally, write events on your behalf with your explicit opt-in. You can disconnect Google Calendar from Settings at any time. We store only the OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection, not the full contents of your calendar.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated schedules will meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everture's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid us anything). In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your access to the Service ends and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in a mutually agreed forum or as required by applicable consumer-protection law where you reside. Everture is finalising its corporate registration; this section will be updated with our registered jurisdiction.
